A: Join our discord here: https://discord.gg/getmoneytraders, then head on over to the ‘Join Premium’ section.
Q: I subscribed, but nothing changed and I didn‘t get the premium role, or I am paying but don‘t have the premium role, what should I do?
A: Please send an email to support@getmoneytraders.com. This usually happens because you either paid under a different discord account or your payment is pending.
Q: Do the subscriptions renew automatically?
A: Yes the subscription renews automatically. To manage your membership, please see the following question.
Q: How do I manage/cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed before April 30th 2022, then you‘d manage your subscription via your PayPal. If you paid as a guest on PayPal, you need to email getmoneytraders1@gmail.com.
If you subscribed between May 1st 2022 and Feb 2nd 2023 you need to go to https://www.subscribe.chat/customers. If no subscription is shown, please email support@getmoneytraders.com.
If you subscribed after Feb 2nd 2023 go here https://upgrade.chat/profile and login with the discord account that has the premium role.
